Culture
The grapes are harvested at full maturity during a demanding manual harvest, with vigilant monitoring of the vines throughout the season to guarantee impeccable quality.
Winemaking
Partially aged in oak barrels. This time in wood brings structure, finesse and a subtle aromatic bouquet between woody notes and ripe citrus.
Service
Serve between 10 and 12°C — ideal with white meats, fine fish, a selection of mature cheeses… or simply for an exceptional tasting experience.
