Use of the website www.vindupaysdeherve.be implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use.

Service Description

The site presents the activities of the Vin du Pays de Herve cooperative, its products (wines, ciders, gift sets), its services (visits, private events) and allows online purchase of these products.

User Account

Some features may require account creation (e.g., online store). The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

User Responsibilities

The user agrees to use the site in accordance with the law and not to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

Orders and Payments

Product prices are listed in euros, including VAT. Orders can be placed online via the website or directly at the winery. Payments are accepted by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered during the ordering process.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are specified during the ordering process. Free collection from the winery is possible.

Returns and Refunds

In accordance with Belgian law, the customer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days to return an unopened product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site (texts, photos, videos, logos) is the property of Vin du Pays de Herve and may not be used without prior written permission.
