Terroir

Originating from the clay-limestone slopes of the Pays de Herve, the wine expresses a vibrant minerality and a freshness characteristic of our Belgian climate.

Culture

The vines are cultivated with care and respect for living things, prioritizing biodiversity, natural soil management and entirely manual harvesting.

Winemaking

A blend of Johanniter and Souvignier Gris, vinified using the traditional method, with slow secondary fermentation followed by 12 months of aging on lees to refine the bubbles and reveal the aromatic finesse.

Service

Serve chilled, around 7–8°C, ideal as an aperitif or paired with seafood, oysters and delicate fish.
