This 100% Muscaris draws its identity from well-drained, calcareous soils which provide uprightness, freshness and a bright aromatic profile.

Culture

The vines are worked with respect for living things, promoting biodiversity and the natural ripening of the grapes — manual harvesting to preserve the purity of the berries.

Winemaking

Vinification in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatic clarity of the Muscaris: white flowers, peach, citrus and a beautiful mineral tension.

Service

Serve between 8 and 10°C — superb as an aperitif, with fresh goat cheese, ceviche, or delicately flavored dishes.
