THE IMPERTINENT – 2023

A bold blend of Johanniter and Souvignier Gris , this cuvée is truly "impertinent." With its golden lemon hue, it reveals aromas of white fruit on the nose, followed by green apple and white peach . On the palate, the initial taste is lively, driven by a pronounced minerality , then unfolds into flavors of dried fruit , finishing with a beautiful length and remarkable freshness.
🍽️ Food & wine pairing: ideal with fish and shellfish (shellfish, lemon butter sole, crab Justin…), or even goat cheeses.
🌿 Alcohol: 13% vol.
