Made from 100% Johanniter grapes, this vintage embodies all the freshness and finesse of the terroir of the Pays de Herve.
Its pale gold color shines with delicate green highlights. The nose opens with notes of lemon and verbena , before revealing, upon aeration, subtle aromas of white flowers and green currant .
The palate, straight and balanced, seduces with its tension and vivacity — an ideal sparkling wine for an aperitif , which combines freshness, elegance and authenticity.

The grapes come from our Kinkenweg and Teberg plots in Montzen.

Orders placed online can be collected directly from the winery during our opening hours. Payment is made on site at the time of collection.
