THE SHARERS - 2023

This wine, born from the clay-limestone soils of our "Crawhez" plots in Thimister-Clermont and "La Croix" in Hombourg, brilliantly expresses all the character of the terroir of the Pays de Herve.
On the nose, it seduces with frank and intense aromas of juicy peach , pineapple and ripe apricot , accompanied by exotic touches like mango.
On the palate, the lively attack is balanced by a warm roundness of pineapple and grapefruit, while a touch of salt in the finish subtly evokes the call of the open sea and provides an irresistible "desire to return".

Ideal as an aperitif, for brunch by the vineyards or paired with fish tartare, sushi, scallops or soft-ripened raw cheeses.

Orders placed online can be collected directly from the winery during our opening hours. Payment is made on site at the time of collection.
