This unique cider draws its originality from a bold marriage: apples from the Pays de Herve pressed less than 10 km from our winery, enriched with a light addition of grapes for a fruity and refined signature.
On the nose, fresh apple blends with hints of ripe grape; on the palate, a lovely vivacity mingles with a sweet fruitiness, for an elegantly fragrant finish.
A creation that illustrates our ability to innovate while remaining rooted in our local area.
