Born from our Kinkenweg and Teberg plots in Montzen, this wine reflects aerated and calcareous soils which bring tension, finesse and a vibrant aromatic freshness.
Culture
The vines are cultivated with care and precision, prioritizing soil vitality, natural management of plant cover and manual harvesting, respectful of the grapes.
Winemaking
Made from 100% Johanniter using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and 12 months of aging on lees to bring finesse of bubbles and elegance.
Service
Serve between 6 and 8°C — perfect as an aperitif, as an accompaniment to delicate fish, or simply to celebrate a festive moment.
