From our plots of Crawhez and La Croix, this wine reflects the richness of the clay-limestone soils of the Pays de Herve, offering generous fruitiness and a saline finish.
Culture
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, with vine management focused on the natural balance and vitality of the soil.
Winemaking
Aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatic expression: peach, pineapple, apricot… with a full mouthfeel and a touch of salt on the finish.
Service
Serve between 9 and 11°C — excellent with fish tartare, scallops, sushi or a soft, bloomy-rind cheese.
