Originating from a territory historically dedicated to apples and orchards, this cider finds its aromatic signature in the orchards of the Pays de Herve, just a few kilometers from our winery.

Culture

Locally harvested apples, pressed in the region, with a discreet addition of grapes to enrich the aromatic profile — an alliance that respects the fruit and its origin.

Winemaking

Traditional pressing, controlled fermentation, and apple-grape blending result in a lively, fragrant, smooth, and elegant cider. No unnecessary additions, only the taste of the fruit.

Service

Serve chilled at around 6–8°C — ideal as an aperitif, with pancakes, apple pie or for a non-alcoholic toast that's too sweet.
